Learn the ancient spiritual practices of Mindfulness & Meditation. No prior experience is required and the group sessions are free to any adult. Pastor Ted Drewsen and Lorri Bohn lead this twice monthly group. This is not a series bur an ongoing group so come when you can. Each week we will discuss the topic and spend time in meditation.
